Terms of Use for "Happy Times"

By accessing or using the "Happy Times" application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You are responsible for any content you create and share within the App, including entries in "my world", "my desire", "talk to me", "my intention", "my vibration" sections, and any general and individual reminders.

With your consent, we may send you SMS notifications for general and individual reminders. You can manage your notification preferences within the App settings.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share information about you. By using the App, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Using the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
Posting or transmitting any content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable.
Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the App.
Using any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the App for any purpose without our express written permission.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Happy Times and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Happy Times.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may discontinue using the App and contact us for deleting your account.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms
